Know His Story

Pumpkin came to us in a terrible state. He was covered in wounds but the worst was his foot. A very bad infection had set in and his bones were so badly damaged we had no choice but to amputate his leg. He is now pain free and able to cat like any other cat.
We don't know what trauma pumpkin has been through but he is still struggling with trust.

More About Pumpkin

Whoever takes pumpkin on will have to understand he is not going to be a lap cat any time soon. You will have to just allow him to do his own thing and not push him. Something terrible happened to pumpkin and you are going to have to earn his trust over time. Let him decide if and when he is ready for contact with you. He won't be able to go out on the streets but he would love a secure garden to laze about in the sun.

Other Ways To Help
